Fee-only or commission: how your advisor is paid matters

A fee-only advisor is paid only by clients, never by commissions on products. That removes one of the largest conflicts in financial advice.

Questions to ask any advisor

Are you a fiduciary at all times? How are you paid, in dollars, for my situation? Where can I read your Form ADV and Form CRS?

For general information only. This is not tax, legal or investment advice for your situation.
